Welcome to MaKayla Connects. By accessing this website, booking or participating in a session, or submitting information through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or participating in a session.

1. About My Services

MaKayla Connects provides animal communication sessions intended to offer intuitive insight and personal connection between people and their animals.

Sessions are conducted remotely and are based on information and photographs provided by the client. These sessions are offered as practice sessions while I continue to develop and strengthen my animal communication abilities.

Because animal communication is an intuitive practice, I cannot guarantee that every message received will be accurate, complete, or immediately understandable.

2. Practice Sessions

Practice sessions are provided at no cost in exchange for honest and detailed feedback about your experience.

By booking a practice session, you agree to provide feedback within the requested timeframe after receiving your completed session.

Your feedback helps me evaluate my communication, improve my abilities, and continue developing my practice.

Practice sessions are not intended to create a professional-client relationship with a veterinarian, animal behaviorist, medical professional, or other licensed professional.

3. How Animal Communication May Be Received

Information received during an animal communication session may come through in different ways, including literal messages, metaphors, symbols, emotions, physical sensations, images, thoughts, or other impressions.

Because of this, some information may not immediately make sense or may have a meaning that is not obvious at first.

A message that does not seem to make sense does not necessarily mean that it is incorrect. It may be the way your animal is attempting to communicate something that is symbolic, metaphorical, or meaningful to them.

You are responsible for determining what meaning, if any, the information has for you and your animal.

4. Veterinary Care & Medical Disclaimer

Animal communication is not veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide medical care for any animal.

I am not a licensed veterinarian, veterinary professional, or medical professional.

Information shared during a session should never be used as a substitute for professional veterinary care, medical treatment, behavioral guidance, or emergency care.

If your animal is sick, injured, experiencing pain, showing concerning symptoms, or experiencing an emergency, please contact a qualified veterinarian or appropriate animal-care professional.

You should never delay, discontinue, or change veterinary treatment based solely on information received during an animal communication session.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Every animal communication experience is different. While I make every effort to provide the information I receive as clearly and accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee:

That every communication will be successful
That every message will be understood or verified
That every piece of information will be meaningful to you
That a session will result in a particular behavioral, emotional, or physical outcome
That information received will resolve a concern or problem involving your animal

Animal communication should be viewed as an intuitive experience rather than a guaranteed source of factual information.

6. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided during a session.

Any decisions regarding your animal's health, treatment, behavior, care, living situation, or overall well-being remain your responsibility.

When professional advice is appropriate, you agree to seek guidance from a qualified veterinarian, animal behavior professional, trainer, or other appropriate professional.

7. Booking & Session Requirements

When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and a clear, recent photograph of the animal intended for the session.

You may be asked to provide additional information about your animal to assist with the session.

By submitting a photograph or information about an animal, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide that information for the purpose of the session.

Because these are remote sessions conducted on my own time, selecting a date on the booking calendar does not mean that the session will take place live on that date. The selected date is used to schedule when I will conduct the session.

8. Session Delivery

Completed practice sessions may be provided to you as an audio recording, written document, or another format specified at the time of booking.

You are responsible for downloading or saving your session materials within the timeframe provided to you.

If you fail to download your session materials within the stated timeframe, I cannot guarantee that the materials will remain available.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because practice sessions are conducted on my own time and may require preparation before the session is completed, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Any specific cancellation, rescheduling, or booking requirements will be communicated on the applicable booking page.

10. No-Shows & Failure to Provide Required Information

If you book a practice session but fail to provide the required information needed to conduct the session, I may be unable to complete the session.

If you do not provide the required information within the requested timeframe, the session may be cancelled.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, logos, website content, written materials, recordings, and other original content created by Makayla Connects are the property of Makayla Connects and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Your completed animal communication session is provided to you for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially use session materials without permission.

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

You may not use the website to submit false, misleading, abusive, threatening, or unlawful information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaKayla Connects and its owner shall not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or other consequences arising from your interpretation or use of information provided during an animal communication session.

You understand that animal communication is an intuitive practice and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time as my business, services, or website change.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the website or participation in a session after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
